AI Policy

Just a quick rundown of AI use on midliftcrisis.com.  

This site will not use AI to generate any articles or pages. AI will sometimes be used to make some images on the site and generate headings. AI may be used sometimes to proofread, I will not use it to change the tone of what I write.

At the end of the day it is unavoidable, even writing this in a google doc it is being proofread in real time. This site will not generate content from AI.
